News and Announcements for Sunday, June 13

Sunday School is held every Sunday at 10:00 in Hunting Lodge.  All children are welcome.  Blessings to our dedicated teachers.
Congratulations to Nadine Trouget and Rob Brewer who were received into the Episcopal Church at the Regional Confirmation at Trinity, Reno on Saturday morning, June 5, at 10:30.
What joy we shared last Sunday at the Children and Youth service. Special thanks to all the children and young people who participated so wonderfully and to the many adults who assisted in so many ways.
The Vestry meets today after the worship service. Everyone is invited to participate in the meeting. Next meeting is scheduled for July 11.
Stewardship Sunday is June 27. Parishioners to be acknowledged will be wearing their blue crosses all during June. Please greet them.
The Commission on Ministry will conduct a Transitional Workshop (formerly called the Family Reunion Workshop) for St. John’s after the worship service on July 18. This session must take place prior to the parish entering into the “calling” process. It is imperative that this session be well attended so please mark your calendar. Potluck, too!
Clearing out your “treasures”, garage and storage areas? The Galilee Board would appreciate your donations for their “Nearly New” rummage sale to be held Sunday, August 29 from noon to 4 p.m. Please bring your donations any Sunday through August 22 to Frensdorff House where they will be stored until the sale.
The coffee hour hosting sign-up list needs you!
